The Tiger

Those born under the year of the Tiger are valiant, confident and rebellious. A violent and daring fighter, the sight of a Tiger strikes terror in softhearted characters.

Unpredictable, the Tiger can transform from a pussycat to a feline monster. A Tiger has a wonderful way of letting off steam though. Musically inclined, the Tiger practices on all sorts of instruments. You'll know he's on the verge of losing control when he starts playing Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 on his harmonica.

A person of a thousand thrills, the Tiger takes all sorts of challenges. Trust the Tiger to walk the Sahara Desert barefooted or cross the Pacific Ocean on a raft. If he were an inventor, he'd come out with a crab-peeler or a square-shaped wheel.

The Male Tiger
The male Tiger is a determined man with a strict sense of principles. He is very much capable of standing up to the bitter end for what he thinks is right (even when he's dead wrong!).

Mister Tiger is also a dashing, fast-moving fellow. His longest relationship is liable to last the whole of summer-and only the whole of summer. Difficult to pin down, the Tiger has to be trapped to contain for long periods. Once married, Mr. Tiger finds means and ways to go his own way — never to come back.

The Female Tiger
Miss Tiger, on the other hand, goes for appearances. A gracious hostess, she loves To entertainment especially if her audience shows much appreciation. She likes expensive clothes and enjoys a sophisticated lifestyle, even if she can't afford it.
A headstrong woman, Miss Tiger is a very difficult person to contend with. Many of her enemies (particularly those with claw marks) will attest to this.

For the people of Asia, the Tiger sign is a good one. Those born in this year are lucky for they represent power over fire, ghosts and thieves. A little cat-like roar from the Tiger is enough to send ghosts, thieves and arsonists scampering to safety!
