Pahimis Festival - Amadeo, Cavite

Pahimis - is a colorful coffee festival and a way of giving thanks to the ALmighty for the bountiful blessings and abundance from the land they till thoughout the year.

The Pahimis is a festivity held every year by the municipality of Amadeo, a small agricultural town in the province of Cavite best known for its own blend of "kapeng barako" and dubbed as the Coffee Capital of the country celebrated the annual Pahimis – a colorful coffee festival and a way of giving thanks to the Almighty for the bountiful blessings and abundance from the land they till throughout the year.
The coffee festival started in 2002 and it is being held by the month of February. There is no definite/ exact day in February.
