Born: January 08, 1851 One of the founders of   Magdiwang Council , Philippines Severino, was native of  Indang ,  Cavite , where he took his early studies. During his secondary study, studied at  Colegio de San Juan de Letran  in  Manila , studied law at the  University of the Philippines  but did not continue, but chose to teach instead. He was the founder of Colegio de San Juan de Letran in Indang, Cavite.

(October 12, 1868 - January 22, 1914) One of the founders of   Magdiwang Council , Philippines Mariano Trias led several attacks in Cavite and Laguna in Spanish and American forces. Trias is considered to be the first facto Philippine Vice President ; he was elected to the revolutionary government established at the Tejeros Convention . Under the Aguinaldo administration , Trias served as Minister of War and Finance . With the establishment of the civil government by the Americans , Civil Governor William Howard Taft appointed Trias to be the first Governor  of Cavite on June 11, 1901.

Mariano Alvarez led the founding of the Magdiwang Council in April 1896 in Noveleta and became its head. CAVITE HISTORY Ang mansyon ng nasirang  Don Maximo  Inocencio  kung saan  itinatag  ang Pamahalaang  Diktatoryal sa Cavite Puerto   NOONG ika-24 ng Mayo taong 1898, ang Pamahalaan Diktatoryal ay itinatag ni Heneral Emilio Aguinaldo sa pamamagitan ng pagpapadala ng isang proklamasyon. Ilang kopya ng dokumentong ito ay ibinigay kay Almirante Dewey at sa pamamagitan niya sa lahat ng mga banyagang konsul sa Maynila. Mula sa tahanan ni Don Maximo Inocencio ang Pamahalaan Diktaroyal ay inilapat sa “Casa Gobierno Civil” ng mga kastila sa Cavite Puerto. Dahil sa malaking pagdating ng mga tao sa buong kapuluan na umapaw sa tahanan ng nasirang Don Maximo Inocencio kung saan dating naroon ang Pamahalaan Diktatoryal. Dito sa “Casa Gobierno Civil” tinanggap niya ang isang magandang balita sa pagdating ng mga pauwing armas na ibinaba sa daungan ng Arsenal ng Cavite mula sa barkong “USS Petrel” ang mga ri...

MAYO 1 – Ang labanan sa Cañacao Bay (hindi Manila Bay) ng mga kastila at amerikano at  ang pagsuko ng mga kastila na naganap sa tanggapan ng Arsenal ng  Cavite noong ika-12 oras ng tanghali. Labanan sa Cañacao Bay ng mga Kastila at Amerikano noong May 01,1898 MAYO 2 – Hiniling  ni Commodore Dewey  ang pagsuko ng siyudad ng Cavite at ng Puerto MAYO 3 – Nakuha ng amerikano ang Arsenal ng Cavite at ang unang pagtataas ng watawat ng amerikano ay naganap ng ika-8 oras ng umaga. MAYO 19 – Dumating si Heneral Emilio Aguinaldo mula sa Hongkong dala-dala ang bandila ng Pilipinas sakay ng U.S.S. McCullough. Pinagkalooban ng “21 gun salute” dumaong sa Cavite Arsenal sa pagitan ng ika- 12 at ika-1 oras ng hapon.
